The number of Part Time Jobs In Nottingham is roughly the same as last year, but more people are looking to work at more than one to bring more money into the family household.
And according to the Confederation of British Industry (CBI) said that over half of UK firms planned to freeze employee pay or make cuts. Just 39% said they would be making 'modest' increases. A quarter of businesses said they planned to relocate some jobs overseas. John Cridland, the CBI's director-general, said "This has been a particularly bruising recession", but added "the UK's flexible labour market has proved a huge asset".
